What is Zero-Knowledge encryption?
It means we (the service provider) know nothing about your data. Encryption keys are generated on your device from your password, which is never sent to us.
What if I forget my Master Password?
Because of our zero-knowledge architecture, we CANNOT reset your password for you. You must use your Emergency Recovery Kit to restore access.
